Where do you deliver and how fast?
We currently deliver across the UAE. Orders placed before 3 PM (UAE time), Sunday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3 PM, on weekends (Friday and Saturday) or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. As a guide, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman usually receive orders the same or next day; Abu Dhabi and other emirates usually within 1–2 days (estimates).
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 130 or more. Orders under AED 130 have a flat AED 25 delivery fee.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by debit/credit card or Apple Pay through Stripe at checkout. Prefer to talk first? Open live chat or email us and we'll help with your order.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Nader@adamschilli.com or via live chat with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.
Can I return or exchange an order?
As our products are food, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, for a replacement or refund.
Are the sauces suitable for all diets?
Yes, our sauces suit a range of dietary preferences, including vegan, gluten-free and keto.
Are they made with natural ingredients?
Yes. Our sauces are free from artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.
How should I store them?
Keep all chilli jars and bottles refrigerated at all times.
Can I cook with them or just use them as a condiment?
Both! Our sauces are just as good stirred into cooking as they are spooned on top.
