Shipping policy

At Adam's Chilli, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping so you receive your favorite chilli sauces as quickly as possible.

Where we ship

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) on business days (Sunday to Thursday) are processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends (Friday and Saturday) or public holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Delivery times (estimates)

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: usually same or next day
• Abu Dhabi and other emirates: usually 1–2 days

Delivery cost

Free delivery on orders of AED 130 or more. Orders under AED 130 have a flat AED 25 delivery fee.

Returns

As our products are food, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it. See our Refund policy.

Storage

All chilli jars and bottles need to be refrigerated at all times, so please refrigerate on arrival.
