Welcome to Adam's Chilli! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.adamschilli.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products (“Products”). By using the Website and purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and purchase Products. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product orders

By placing an order you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Adam's Chilli reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Payment can be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or other methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the same business day payment is received (orders before 3 PM UAE time, Sunday to Thursday).

5. Returns and refunds

As our Products are food, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is a Product that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, in which case we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method. 6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Adam's Chilli and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Adam's Chilli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or Products.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective once posted on the Website.
